Terms and Conditions
Plain-language terms for Ehopto Digital visitors, demo website prospects, and clients.
Last updated: June 2026
1. About Ehopto Digital
Ehopto Digital helps businesses create professional online presences through websites, demo websites, custom email support, enquiry tools, business portals, and practical digital systems.
2. Use of the website
Visitors may browse Ehopto websites, demo pages, plans, policy pages, and public information for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to misuse, copy, damage, or interfere with the website or its systems.
3. Demo websites and previews
Ehopto may create or present demo websites to show potential clients what their business website could look like before they pay or before a final project is agreed. Demo websites are for preview, discussion, and sales purposes.
Unless agreed in writing and paid for, demo websites remain the work product of Ehopto Digital and may be edited, removed, replaced, reused as examples, or withdrawn.
4. Your website is free
Joining Ehopto gives you a permanent code, a hub and a website at no charge. There is no setup fee, no monthly fee and no minimum term for having a website on Ehopto, and no part of the website is withheld pending payment. Hosting, SSL and the free looks, layouts and sections are included for as long as the account exists.
Some optional extras carry a price — certain premium looks and sections, certain plugins, and the business tools. Any price is displayed before you choose the item, and declining it changes nothing about the website you already have.
Ehopto may also dress an existing website to resemble a design direction you supply. That service is provided at no charge, is offered subject to availability, and does not create an obligation to achieve any particular result or resemblance.
5. Client content and approvals
Clients are responsible for ensuring that business names, images, logos, prices, services, claims, contact details, legal notices, and other content supplied to Ehopto are accurate, lawful, and authorised for use.
Clients should review demo and final websites carefully before approval. Ehopto may help polish wording and structure, but the client remains responsible for factual business information.
6. Payments
Payments may be collected through secure payment providers or approved payment channels. Payment applies only to optional extras — premium looks and sections, plugins, and business tools. No payment is ever required to publish, keep, edit or transfer a website on Ehopto, and non-payment for an extra never removes or suspends the free website itself.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to the Ehopto Digital Refund Policy. You can view it here: Refund Policy.
8. Digital tools and add-ons
Tools such as enquiries, bookings, workflows, client portals, payment integrations, APIs, reports, and dashboards may be offered as paid add-ons and may have additional terms depending on the scope.
9. Availability and third-party services
Ehopto aims to keep websites and tools available, but uptime can be affected by hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, networks, maintenance, client-side changes, or events outside our control.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Ehopto services grow. Continued use of Ehopto services means you accept the latest version.
