1. About Ehopto

Ehopto is a registry and discovery platform. It gives registered people, businesses, products, services and places permanent codes, hubs, self-service websites and tools for being found.

2. Use of the website

Visitors may browse Ehopto hubs, websites and public information for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to misuse, damage, overload or interfere with Ehopto or its systems.

3. Accounts, codes and public content

You are responsible for the information you publish and for keeping your account secure. Ehopto codes are permanent by design. Ending an account removes the member's claim and personal access, but does not rewrite the registry's history of a code.

4. Your self-service website

Joining Ehopto gives you a permanent code, a hub and a website at no charge. There is no setup fee, no monthly fee and no minimum term for having a website on Ehopto, and no part of the website is withheld pending payment. Hosting, SSL and the free looks, layouts and sections are included for as long as the account exists.

You create and edit that website using Ehopto's tools. Ehopto does not accept custom website-building projects or sell website packages.

5. Your content

Members are responsible for ensuring that names, images, logos, prices, services, claims, contact details, posts and other content they publish are accurate, lawful and authorised for use.

6. Payments

Payments may be collected through secure payment providers or approved payment channels for marketplace transactions or clearly identified optional features. Ehopto does not charge a website setup, maintenance or project fee.

7. Refunds

8. Optional features

Optional looks, sections, plugins and business tools may have additional terms. Where a feature carries a price, Ehopto shows it before it is chosen.

9. Availability and third-party services

Ehopto aims to keep websites and tools available, but uptime can be affected by hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, networks, maintenance, client-side changes, or events outside our control.

Live place suggestions may be provided by Google Maps. By using those Google Maps features, you also agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as Ehopto services grow. Continued use of Ehopto services means you accept the latest version.
